Overview
This event is all about bringing together small and medium size care providers (under 250 employees), learning providers, further education colleges, partners and stakeholders from across Lancashire and Cumbria to explore the skills and knowledge required for today's adult social care workforce.
The event will cover skills gaps, challenges that care providers experience sourcing and arranging learning and development for their teams and working on solutions for this.
Outcomes
This event will help to influence future provision by speaking to learning and education representatives and feeding into Local Skills Improvement Plans.
