This session will explore how technology and AI are transforming commissioning practices to enhance efficiency and support better outcomes. We’ll explore why technology matters in commissioning and look at the strategic importance of digital-first approaches. We’ll also discuss how technology can support early intervention and preventative practices.
Katie Thorn, Project Lead at Digital Care Hub, will provide examples of real-world technological innovations and the fundamentals of AI in commissioning, including the legal and ethical considerations.
